Portfolio - Current Projects

We are currently working on numerous projects ranging in size from 5,000 square feet to well over 100,000 square feet. We are fortunate to have a substantial repeat client base who call upon us exclusively because we have the largest and most skilled direct labor force in our served geography (greater RDU area), in addition to an exemplary safety, quality, and on-time delivery track record.

Large projects

• Our large square footage project work is primarily in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, and food and beverage market segments. These large resinous flooring system projects vary between new construction and shut down-related (repair and restoration) with square footages ranging from 50,000 to well over 100,000 square feet.

Mid-size projects

• Our mid-sized project work includes concrete repair, polishing, and resinous flooring systems in across many of the markets we serve. The square footage per project is ranging from 10,000 to 45,000.

Small projects

• We continue to see a large demand in the small projects segment with client needs including concrete repair and polishing, resinous flooring systems, and terrazzo. The square footage per project is averaging 5,000 to 10,000.

Service Regions
Most of our work is within two hours of the greater Raleigh, NC area. Many of our clients have facilities or contracts in other states. These projects tend to be experience-driven, and much larger, with project risk as a dominant evaluation factor. Typically, our regional and national clients advise us that extended travel, lodging, and per diem costs are not materially significant and we are often find ourselves working in other states, including Virginia, West Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, South Carolina, and Georgia.
