Lean 5S

Lean 5S is a proven methodology for organizing, cleaning, developing, and sustaining a productive work environment. We have begun applying 5S principles and targeting the elimination of waste in seven key areas. These are transportation, inventory, motion, waiting, overproduction, overprocessing, and defects. This undertaking, along with our dedication to safety, quality, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction, will help to further differentiate us from our competitors.
